Office locations and facilities management officer (property)

Collaborate with the department head in search of the property and the definition and estimation of the necessary measures to adapt to the operational needs of building structures and regulations and in compliance with regulations on safety and prevention and hygiene at work.

Coordinates technical and suppliers to achieve the adaptation and the setting up of new locations.

It provides for the setting related to requests for permission and obtaining of documents relating to buildings and facilities.

Manages the scheduling of mandatory controls and scheduled maintenance to be carried out at the premises.

Manages relationships with suppliers for the execution of the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, and for the purposes of maintaining the functionality of sites.
